Woo! It's 2018. Now THAT's something to celebrate.

I want to live my life with intention.

I want to do my part to change my perspective so that I don't let this life pass me by unaware of the many blessings I have right in front of me.

This year I'm not setting resolutions, I'm setting intentions. Below is a list of 5 intentions I set for myself this year that I know will truly impact my life.

S P E A K L I F E

Stop complaining.

Just stop.

Focus on what's good in life.

If you don't have anything nice to say, keep your lips zipped.

Use your words to give L I F E.

B E K A I L A

Self care, self care, self care!

Don't compare your life to others' on social media.

There's always going to be someone who has it better AND worse than you.

Appreciate what makes you, YOU.

M O V E Y O B O D Y

Get active! Get motivated!

Fill your exercise ring EVERY DAY (30 minutes).

Learn a new way to have fun while moving your body.

Take a fitness class.

Stand more when you're teaching.

W O R K T H R O U G H I T

Don't let your anxiety be your identity.

Identify what makes you anxious.

Talk to a professional.. it's okay. It's not weird.

Be yourself again.

W R I T E I T O U T

You have a great perspective on life. Share it!

Write about everything.

No perfectionism allowed.

Make sure one thing you've written ends up on the blog a week.
